How to make a change or return

When you buy any product from us, you have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days since you have received your items, to request a refund. The goods must be in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with invoice as proof of purchase. Otherwise, Petrita reserve the right to refund or exchange.

Refunds

The term for the reimbursement can vary between 3 and 12 working days from the day we received your items back in our office. Once we examine the conditions of the returned goods, we will process the refund due to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase

Withdrawal your order

EU Customers are allowed to cancel within 15 days of receipt, their purchases made in PETRITAS.

If you wish to pursue your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by writing a letter or email, sending it to the following address:

Once communicating your intention to pursue the right of withdrawal of the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return the goods. You can make your return by mail or courier. Returns will not be accepted on special wear that are made under request or in bathing clothes for hygiene conditions. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all requested payments, including shipping costs in compliance with current regulations.
