Where will my order be delivered?

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. The application allows you to add and save many shipping address and / or billing addresses, fully administrable by the user from "My Account" section.

If you wish, you can indicate a delivery address different from your home address. If you spend more time at work than at home or when it is a gift to be delivered in a different place, this may be your option.

How much are shipping costs?

The delivery cost is 7€ + TAX. Exemptions apply to Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias and abroad.

IGIC Canario is paid at your custom duties. According to the item purchase is applied one tax rate or another. In most cases the ordinary IGIC rate (7%) is the one applied. The IGIC is applied to the total of the order and the customs expenses if any.

How is the Shipping process?

Once you have placed your order you will be sent an order confirmation by email, and other confirming that your order has been processedand sent.

Delivery times depends on the destination and the items order.

Shipping inside Spain will typically arrive within three (3) business days; delivery to Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad could take between ten (10) to fifteen (15) days.
